- Any issue or questions regarding the PPAP requests needs to be brought to DTNA’s attention as soon as possible
- The only approval DTNA provides is via an automated email stating the PPAP has been approved
- Deviation requests are handled by DTNA engineering
- DTNA engineering is the only group that can grant a deviation.
- This is a separate group from supplier quality
- Once the DTNA engineer has approved a deviation, you will need to add the deviation to the PPAP
- Contact your DTNA engineer as soon as possible as the process may take some time
